eValuate is a privilege based software where users get roles based on the privileges assigned to them. Any number of new users can be registered with the help of a dynamic interface. These users are assigned privileges related to their designation. Privileges are pre-defined powers that the grading software provides to the organization, based on which different jobs can be assigned to different users. This software also enables to assign a group of powers to a particular user by creating a role for such privileges. This will be easy for the organization to keep track of its hierarchy.

The specifications on which the members in an organization will be evaluated are termed as portfolios. These portfolios can be easily created and updated any number of times. A special user called the portfolio owner is being assigned a particular portfolio, who will be having the power to evaluate members working on that under him.

Each portfolio will have a set of parameters on the basis of which the performance of the members will be evaluated. The owner can create parameters as per the requirement of the portfolio and then, can evaluate the members on the basis of performance in parameters of the portfolios on which they are working. Automatically generated grades will be displayed based on this performance. So, overall this application is an overall package which analyses, manages, evaluates and keeps record of every involved individual’s performance.
